• Q:When staking BRC20, it indicates "internal server error" or "not support token type"

A:You can try transferring the BRC20 to another wallet address and then re-engraving the stake. Alternatively, you can engrave the transfer inscription to yourself (cancel it), then re-engage the transfer inscription with unisat, and attempt staking again.

If the above methods still result in errors, please proceed to Discord and submit a support ticket.

  • Q:When staking, I receive an "insufficient balance" message. What should I do?

    A:

    1. Check if you have enough reserved BTC to cover gas fees. (When staking native assets like BTC, please reserve a small amount of BTC balance for gas fees.)
    2. Check if there are available utxos for payment.
    3. It may be due to delays in wallet and on-chain data, resulting in the inability to obtain your latest balance. Please wait for a while and try staking again.
    4. If the staked asset is a BRC20 token, you need to engrave it before staking.
  • Q:Receive a "Wallet address format is not supported" message when staking.

A: Currently, only the bc1p and bc1q wallet formats are supported. Please check your wallet format.
